ANY ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE, IN-PERSON, OR AT POP-UP SHOPS ARE NON-RETURNABLE & NON REFUNDABLE.

All of our products are all natural and handmade and take time to make.

We founded Na'Jasmine with one goal in mind: to assist women with PCOS in feeling their best healthy selves with all-natural feminine care and body care. We conduct business knowing that better service equals loyal customers.

There will be no refunds issued.

In the event you purchase any of our products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash or credit refunds for returned products, only exchanges for a defective item.
