ANY ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE, IN-PERSON, OR AT POP-UP SHOPS ARE NON-RETURNABLE & NON REFUNDABLE. 

All of our products are all natural and handmade and take time to make.

We founded Na'Jasmine with one goal in mind: to assist women with PCOS in feeling their best healthy selves with all-natural feminine care and body care. We conduct business knowing that better service equals loyal customers.

• There will be no refunds issued.

In the event you purchase any of our products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash or credit refunds for returned products, only exchanges for a defective item.​
